From: Introducing evolutionary biologists to the analysis of big data: guidelines to organize extended bioinformatics training courses

We asked all former trainees of the “Programming for Evolutionary Biology” courses in Leipzig (Germany) and Bogota (Colombia) to fill out evaluation forms. We designed the questions to obtain feedback on how the trainees felt several months or years after taking the course about the impact of the course on their research and career. We received answers from 59 trainees
